Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering our yoga retreat. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation.

Reservations:

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required. This deposit is required at the time of booking and must be paid in full. Until the deposit is received, we cannot guarantee your reservation. This deposit is non transferable.

Payment Schedule:

To maintain your reservation for the retreat, please adhere to the following payment schedule.

  • 35% of the total agreed amount total is due 9 months (approximately 270 days) in advance of the retreat start date

  • 50% of the total agreed amount total is due 6 months (approximately 180 days) prior to the retreat start date

  • 75% of total agreed amount total is due 3 months (approximately 90 days) prior to retreat start date

  • Payment is due in full 45 days prior to the retreat.

Failure to keep payments current may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and any payments made may be forfeited.

Cancellation policy:

  • More than 9 months, you may cancel with a full refund excluding your non refundable deposit

  • Between 6 and 9 months, you forfeit half of all payments made and non refundable deposit

  • Between 3 and 6 months, you forfeit 75% of all payments made and non refundable deposit

  • All cancellation within 3 months of retreat start date, the client will forfeit all payments made.

*In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Liability:

We are not responsible for any injuries, losses or damages that may occur during the retreat, including but not limited to bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks involved and assume all responsibility for your own safety.

We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Changes to the Retreat:

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or any other aspect of the retreat at any time, for any reason. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
