Join Juliet Casso and Rachel Dirks for a life changing, healing experience. Together we will learn the art of yoga as it was intended and passed down to us through the ages. We will study yogic philosophy through engaging lectures, reading material and discover how we can apply it to our own lives on and off the mat. We will learn yoga anatomy and how our physical body relates so deeply to our energetic systems. We will cover the unique art of public speaking, verbal cueing and language. We will tap into skillfull and authentic hands on adjustments, how to read our room and how to share yoga with every body and walk of life. At the end of our course, you will feel confident, and ready to share your own gifts of yoga with the world around you.
