Standard Rooms

These quaint, oceanview rooms are perfect for two friends, family or a solo traveler wishing to be near the main hub of the pool, restaurant and bar. They each have a private bathroom and are fixed with either one queen bed or two twin beds.

Oceanview Suites

These suites have a beautiful oceanview and private patios. They are an ideal choice for couples needing a bit more space and privacy. They are near the main pool, restaurant and bar.

Jungle Bungalows

These bungalows all offer their own patio and are surrounded by the lush jungle and set away from the main hub of the main hotel. They are perfect for those desiring more privacy and space, or for those that want to feel more secluded in nature.

Jungle Bungalow Quad

This bungalow has 4 single beds, a really cute open air bathroom, and a private patio. It is tucked back into the jungle with a beautiful garden view. This is best for travelers on a budget.

What to expect:

We will practice yoga every day, spend time on the beach, in the pool, sharing meals, meditating, and spending time in nature to snorkel, hike, and bird watch. Each day will commence with a morning meditation and an all-levels flow session at the yoga deck. After our practice, a hearty and delicious breakfast buffet awaits. You will then enjoy free time to partake in various activities such as tours, massages, or any optional pursuits. Lunch will be served at 1:00 PM, followed by additional free time. We will reconvene for either a late afternoon yoga class before dinner, or for dinner followed by a gentle yin yoga practice.

Payment Details:

FAQ:

Q: Do I need to bring my own yoga props and yoga mat?

A: Only if you want to! The yoga space we will practice in will be equipped with mats, blocks and blankets

Q: Do I need to be a "yogi” to attend this retreat?

A: Not at all! Every yoga practice is optional. Go to one, none, some or all. This is your retreat. You do you!

Q: What is the weather like?

A: The weather in Bocas del Toro in March is warm and sunny with an average temperature of 85 degrees. There is always a chance of a tropical thunderstorm, but usually passes quickly.

A: There will be several options to make your way to the resort. We will send all of these details to you in a welcome packet 6 months before departure
